NSV: No Excuses!

This is my first post, but I am hoping that if anyone is struggling that this may help them out of a slump. I have every excuse in the world not to exercise. I have Fibromyalgia, 2 slipped discs, and Osteoarthritis of most of my joints. I had one doctor basically tell me to go on disability. I went to another doc who basically said I needed to take control of my health and stop the down hill ride (I am only 32). He told me to walk/ bike/ or swim at least 30 min a day and lose some weight. He told me that I was not living up to my full life potential. At fist I was deeply offended. Now I would like to thank him for the swift kick in the pants I needed!
Now the NSV, I was in so much pain and stiffness this morning that I could barely walk. I had decided not to work out today and take it easy. I then decided that I would at least try to do the Weight Watchers Walk fit 30 min DVD (low impact aerobics). I did it! It made me feel so good that I finished it and then did 35 min. on my stationary bike!
Long story short is I am just begining my journey and I have lost 6lbs so far. I have commited to 30 min. of movement per day and I have not missed a day yet. (Even though it would be so easy to do that!). I am taking this day by day as a new healthy life style.
Good luck to everyone. Have a healthy day!
