my first 5 days

been on a 17-day diet for 5 days--seems to be going ok--afraid to weight-in, will give it another week before weighing in. One question--at the end of a day, my results say that I am NOT eating enough calories and my body will go into "starvation" mode and I will not lose any weight. Your thoughts:drinker:

    From what I've read, if you are not getting enough calories, your body basically thinks it won't get anymore and goes into starvation mode. It conserves energy and burns less, so yes you do want to make sure you are getting enough calories in order to lose weight and for your long term health.
