    green tea seems to give me a great kick in the morning. before workouts, i have a PowerBar Simple Engery bar.. i have crazy energy the entire time at the gym!

    My hubby thinks this it weird but I like a hard boiled egg on a peice of wheat toast topped with salsa.

    I am drinking chocolate milk right now :)

    1 scoop whey chocolate protein
    1/2 cup skim milk
    water/ice
    *put in a blender! and yummy!

    153 calories
    19 grams of protein!

    good post workout drink!

    Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder ;)
    sausage and eggs. YUMMMMMMMM!
    Kashi go lean with nuts (energy annnd protein. love it!)

    My best protien meals
    Salad Nicoise (egg, tuna, capers, a few new potatoes, green beans and lettuce

    Smoked mackeral salad - spinach, smoked mackeral, cherry tomotoes, olives, big dollop of cottage cheese and balsamic dressing

    blueberries, banana, strawberries, pineapple, 1 oz of each, frozen
    1 scoop of whey protein.

    All blended in my Ninja!
    Gets me through to lunch each day.

    A scoop of almond butter on top of a square of dark Ghiradelli is also great.
    I stay away from grains... they put me into nap mode.
