How bad is the hummus? I didn't think that would be very healthy. Or maybe it's just whatever you would eat the hummus on that's the problem...

It's not so bad. The one I get is 50 cals for 2 tablespoons. I eat it on carrots or crackers. But it is very filling!! The Josephs Roasted Red Pepper Hummus is delicious!!

I try to eat a lot of egg whites. I usually get a carton of eggs just to hard boil and eat the egg white with breakfast or lunch and throw the yoke out. Good source of protein for only a couple calories.
