BREAKFAST RECIPE BRINGING ON THE HEAT FOR METABOLISM BOOST!!

BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS--> GGSTYLE
A BREAKFAST TASTE SENSATION--Egg White-spinach and HABANERO HEAT Omelet ( HOT peppers boost metabolism!!)

Egg Whites
Onions ( chopped)
Habanero Pepper ( chopped -wear plastic bag over hands- trust me!!)
Jalapeno pepper ( chopped)
Handful of organic spinach ( finely chopped)
Swiss cheese (1 oz)
1/4 raw avocado


Sautee veggies w a little olive oil
Throw in egg whites
throw on the cheese

I use a Flat out with flax toasted as a wrap... then I spread the avocado on there... OMG!! DEEEEELISH!!!
SO healthy and fills me up ALL day!!

    Ohhhhhhh yeah!!!! It is KICK *kitten* OMELET!! My husband and I created it and take turns making it JUST ABOUT EVERY SINGLE MORNING for the past year!!! I was on the Dr. Oz show for the Just 10 challenge and shared it with Dr. Ro and all the group that was on and they were so excited about how healthy and delicious is sounded...

    PLEASE TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW!!

    but WORTH IT!! they are GOOD calories!! I use organic everything.. and if you want less calories, forgo the hard cheese and just sprinkle some parmesan on and maybe eat 1/2 the flatbread.. but I usually eat less at lunch and dinner... look at my food diary if you like.. you can see it all.. calories details of the meal etc.. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian so I NEED a serious protein kick in the mornin... and we are ADDICTED to these hot peppers!!
