I always wear a belt unless I have something on that doesn't have loops. In the past as soon as I hit the door, the belt was coming off since it would be digging into my gut so bad, it would nearly bleed. I had actually decided to try suspenders soon because of it. That is now over...the past week or so I've worn a belt from 0645 until usually 2200-2300 everyday!

I am on day #24 now of my life change and it's really exciting me that "normal" things that I never have been able to do is finally coming true!

All this fun and I've only lost 13 so far...it should be illegal!
