I'm a vegan personal trainer new to myfitnesspal

Hello my name is Karen and I'm new to myfitnesspal. I'm getting an android phone next week and I saw that I could track my calories & workouts on the phone. I'm excited to get started. I'm 51 years old, married and just became a personal trainer. I work out in my garage and help other women to start lifting weights out of their homes and start a good cardio program. I focus on a healthy eating plan, (I'm vegan), but work with people on what works for them. No one particular food plan is right for everybody. I've found that you have to learn what works for your body. I'm close to my goal weight of 125lbs and 15% body fat. My goal is to gain muscle in my shoulders, chest, back, arms and legs. I've got some fat to lose from my hips, butt & thighs. I'm 5'7" and pear shaped. My food choices are mostly raw, lightly steamed whole foods. More to follow. Just got company in.
