Long term challenge now to April 2011

Hi i'm female, 24, and I have between 21lbs and 28lbs to lose. ive lost this weight a couple of times before but re-gained it all and mroe both times, and i honestly think this is because i have tried to lose it too quickly and have then struggled to maintain,

this time i am giving myself 7.5months to lose the weight so approximately 3lbs a month. here are my goals:

April 2012: 152
Xmas 2011: 162
Dec 2011: 165
Nov 2011: 168
Oct 2011: 171
Sept 2011;174

so my first goal is 174 and im currently at 179.

i wont close this group, and anyone is welcome to join me. im fairly new to this site but ive also left my food diary open for critique.
