Do you have specific rewards for reaching certain goals? What are they?

I am considering my final goal reward will be a tattoo. I swore I'd never get one because I didn't want it to stretch out and look ugly... but if I'm committing to staying healthy...

For my first mini goal I got a tattoo on my foot (I was 36lbs down at this point)
For the rest of my mini goals I want to have little rewards also.. they are all 20-25lbs intervals...
  • I rewarded myself for my first 10 pounds with a new workout outfit. It's not any smaller than my other ones, but it's new, so whatevs. My next reward will be an ultralight cooking set for backpacking. I haven't decided on all of them, but I want my final reward to be a pair of Vibram's (barefoot shoes).

I plan on buying a lot of new clothes when I reach my goal. Right now I basically do the Good Will thing because I don't want to buy a lot of brand new clothes that won't fit in a month or 2 since I am still losing weight. So when I get to my goal, I plan on returning all those clothes to the Good Will and then buying some brand new things in my new size from the mall.

I plan to reward myself for every week that I stick to my plan.

    - rewards will be trips to footie and a couple of beers

I'm looking forward to next week already

I have 9..Make it something to remind yourself of what you have accomplished and how far you have come!! Something that will remind you of your commitment to yourself!!

What I want is a design that incorporates a lot of things that are very important to me and it will hopefully remind me of how far I've come whenever I see it (which may not be often, since I want it on my back, )

I don't have any really set-in-stone ones, but I do know that when I reach my ultimate goal, I want another tattoo. And I suppose during intervals until I get there, new clothing will be necessary, as well...especially new work-out clothes. :)

for my final goal I plan to empty out all of my current clothing and send them to goodwill then go on a huge shopping trip :) ( I need to maintain my goal size for at least 6months before I will let myself do this).
  • I'm going to suspend once I lose 60lbs! :D I'm really excited about it and I've wanted to experience it now for 6 years.

When I hit about 10 pounds, I got my eyebrows waxed.

I'm at 17 pounds lost right now... at my next mini goal, which is in 5 pounds, I'm going to get my hair cut.

At 30 pounds I'm going to get highlights.

At some point I'll need to buy a few new outfits, including a workout outfit.

At some point I'm going to get a pedicure. LOL

    God bless!

Mine are in my signature. I'm staying away from food-related rewards because I've read that food rewards are a bad idea psychologically.
