Not as completely frustrated.

Last week, I posted about my frustration with eating the correct number of calories, working out, and seeing very little progress. I got a lot of good advice and ideas and changed a few things: more whole grains and fruits, less treats, more water, eating more of my exercise calories. I am still eating some treat items, though not as many, and trying to keep the carbs a lot healthier. I found Greek yogurt to be quite yummy and grapefruit makes a fine dessert. With the result being...... That the scale has begun moving. I have hit 165 which I was despairing of ever seeing. And I actually believe that I might be able to have success! I was beginning to believe that everyone else could accomplish this but not me. Thanks for giving me positive encouragement and some butt kicking when I needed it.
