Write down everything I eat for a week!!!!

This way I can go back on it and see what I NEED to change!!!

Anyone is more than welcome to join me...I will be posting my daily intake on this post and you can too...Together we can do this!!!

    Saltine crackers, 5 crackers, (60 cals)

    1:20 pm
    chicken yellow rice, 1/2 cup, (95 cals)
    sweet peas, 1/2 cup, (70 cals)

    7:00 pm
    spaegitti, 1 cup
    garlic bread, 1 piece

    7:30 pm
    fudge bar, 1 bar
    pudding, snack cup

    11:00 pm
    toast, 4 pieces

    Ok, this could be scary!!!

    breakfast
    3/4 cup oatmeal with 2 tbs. brown sugar (135 calories)

    Snack
    Light string cheese (60 calories)
    Mini chocolate chip cookie (28 calories)
    Hand full of nuts (80 calories)

    Lunch
    Leftover Lasagna (313 calories)
    1 cup chopped apple ( 65 calories)

    Afternoon Snack (this is where I went down hill fast!!)
    Mini Reese's Nutrageous bar (70 calories)
    corn chips (140 calories)
    salsa (20 calories)

    Dinner ( ohhh, I'm so ashamed)
    Grilled egg and cheese sandwich (with 2 pieces of cheese-I might add) and a ton of tator tots w/lots of fry sauce!! (approx. 800 calories all together)

    Sadly, no calories left over for an evening snack. Good thing I worked out today or I would have been over by like 500 calories!!!!

    What was your total calories for the day?? Mine was 1725, I usually only get 1300, but I earned 400 for working out! Thank goodness! Glad to join the assignment challenge! Hope to keep hearing from you.

    Great work getting started on here "GettingThin"!!!!...just a little note to help you along....add a little protein to your meals...i didn't see any on your menu and everything listed gets turned into sugar (all those starches plus the things that are simple sugars)....protein is your friend so enjoy it (especially when you have carbs)!

    :ohwell: I felt somewhat good about this...it could have been heatlhier but it was my breakfast:ohwell:

    :frown: I should have just waited for dinner but I was so hungey...should have been a fruit snack!:frown:

    8:30 pm
    country style rib (oven)
    mac & chesse
    sweet tea
    :smile: this was my dinner and I didn't over eat...could have drank more water today:smile:


    I know this aint good but I'm not trying to eat healthy that starts next week I'm just seeing how bad I do eat!

    Greek plate w/ chicken, rice, salad w/dressing and a few french fries

    Dinner
    Leftover lasagna
    salad
    1 piece of cheesecake(we were at a friends for dinner so dessert was included!)

    Night snack
    mini chocolate chip cookies with milk

    So there you go, and no workout again today, sick baby!

    I'd be embarassed most days to post the crap I eat.
    I manage to stay in my calories but it's still filled with pizza and corn dogs and pringles. :wink:

    5 mini chocolate chip cookies
    Bowl of popcorn

    Well there it is. Dang Carl's Jr. calling my name!

    Do you make it everyday GettingThin08 or is there left overs?

    My room mate made Linguini with Clam Sauce and there is sooo much left overs, but trying to be strong and only eat it once and a while :noway:
