Hello....I have been losing weight for some....but then had health issues and stopped doing my nutrition program..:( but then it clicked back in my head that I won't let that get to me....I still have 20 lbs to lose and I'm gonna do it!!! Heard about the food tracking on fitnesspal and wanted to joing the group!!
