the scale hasn't moved all week and I know that I have exercised and eaten well (generally slightly under my goal calories) so whipped the tape measure out as clothes have felt better and now fit in stuff that I have not worn for 2 years ( you know the stuff oh I'm not throwing this away I'll get back into it) and only measured by waist and says i,ve lost an inch in 5 days WOOO HOOO.
So I am now a big advocate of measuring yourself, if you know things feel better and look better on you but the scales don't budge use a tape measure and you'll see results.
Have a great sunday peeps xx
