Anyone got a rough idea how much added sugar is in 15ml of heinz tomato ketchup?? Also much added sugar do u think is in baked beans? Some sugar could be from the tomatoes in both of these..

    In 2022 many labels include added sugar, including Heinz ketchup. If using myfitnesspal bar code reader. the information needs to be checked against the label - added sugar is not correct.
