Hi my name is Julie I live in Bolton in Lancs I am 47 yers old and battled with my weight since my early 20's. I had a gastric bypass 6 years ago and did manage to loose 8 stone but have now put 3 back on again ! I work full time in an office and suffer from Lumbar Spinal Stenosis which affects my hips legs ankles and calves I am in constant pain and am unable to walk far or excersise but I can swim, so intend to swim about 4 times a week.
This site looks fab, and I have downloaded it on to my phone, can someone tell me is this site free ? as it seems so good.
