crazy work schedule

I was a member of this site a while back and kinda let it lapse. Thanks to a friend who sent me an invite, I have decided to come back. I am a 34 y.o. female. I have a bf, but we do not live together. Right now I am very disgusted with myself. I have gained around 20 pounds, some due to a physical injury which prohibited good workouts, some due to a change in work schedule (I now work 530PM to 6AM 7 nights in a row, then off for seven, etc), but mainly I have gained because I have been lazy in the food department. I have just been eating whatever the heck I want. I am feeling so gross. Every single pound is in my stomach and my thighs. So anyway, I am hoping that I can find the motivation and determination to reach my goals. I still am under md orders not to really exercise, so calorie counting is the way to go for now. I really could use support and inspiration, and am looking for friends on this site!
