about 8 month ago I lost about 40 pounds with the help of a diet bill but I still exercised 3-5 hour DAILY and managed to lose 40 pds in about 4-5 months. I went off the pill and continued to eat decent but got a little off track here and there, I kept the weight off for quite some time until recently I've gained about 10 of it back, Deciding that I didn't want this to happen I decided to buckles down again and I am eating healthy and exercsing almost every day for at least an hour.... I run, go on the bike at the gym, do exercise videos. etc etc. I will eat veggies fruit carrots and a little dip hamburger no bun no cheese chicken breast etc etc I know that what I am eating is def not going over my calorie goal since I write it down and today I weighed myself after 2 weeks of this just to find that I gained yet another 2 pounds!! I'm so unmotivated it's not even funny. I know I have to keep going and I will try but I am just so depressed because I keep gaining my weight back and I have been trying for a cpl months to prevent this (not as striict as the last two weeks but still tried to at maintain before) UGH! Sorry I needed to vent.
