Partial NSV/brag...but not completely

Good morning MFP peeps!

Just finished my third 5K today.

I did my first 5K in June (54:38), July (53:48) and today was...52.28.

I am really proud of this accomplishment, but that isn't the entire reason for this post.

When I had my most recent stroke two years ago, it looked for awhile that I might be dependent upon - at the very least - a quad cane from that point on.

Some may remember that my history includes numerous strokes and other medical issues.

Please don't let struggles, challenges, obstacles get you down or prevent you from doing what you want or being what you want.

You CAN do anything!

(The main reason I am calling this a partial NSV is that...even though to ME it a HUGE NSV...I am hoping to be an encouragement to others.)

That is amazing... I don't think you should be calling it a Partial NSV, it is an NSV through and through!!

Congrats and keep up the amazing work!

To good health and a long life!!
