Okay, I've had a rough week. I missed my goal of under 200 on Thursday morning for my 5th wedding anniversary. I've been out a couple of times with friends and had wine and beer. I've been missing my exercise days. I tracked faithfully everyday, but also went over consistently. Basically, the worst week you could think of without me eating an entire pound cake in there somewhere. I've been avoiding the scale like the plague, but today was weigh-in day for my 200 Club, so I decided to bite the bullet and just deal with whatever number came up.
On Thursday morning, I weighed in at 203.5. But this morning, I was like, OH SNAP! Here's what I saw!!!

congrats! the same thing happened to me, i've been trying to keep on track but going out a lot and having a bunch of unhealthy stuff, and i weighed in yesterday and i had dropped another pound! sometimes our bodies are just funny that way!0

I had that last week where it was 200.5lbs and I thought to myself "are you kidding my only half a pound away" but I was happy anyways because by the next weigh in I was 198lbs!!!0

Oh my, how exciting!!!!!!!!!! ;-) I remember the day that I got down to 200.2 lbs a year and a half ago...It was the day tht I jogged my first mile because I hadn't been under 200 lbs in 7 years at that point. I cannot wait until I get to where ur at now! Great job!!!!!!!0

Considering where I was on Thursday, I'm happy with today's results. But yes, it would have been really, really nice to see 199.5.0 -
