Yes you should and Cleaning the car burns lots of calories if you do it properly0

Just an fyi - I mowed our lawn before I got my HRM and logged it as push mow. The other day I logged it using my HRM and noticed that MFP over caculated a LOT more then what my HRM said! Hope this doesnt come across as being rude, defiantly dont mean it like that!0

I have found this too. Before I got my HRM I cut MFP's grass mowing # in half, and thankfully I did!!0 -
Jen Heath, a fitness guru, highly recommends it and does it herself!
I think MFP overestimates calorie expenditures a lot, but without a HRM I am just guessing.0 -
Yeah, I figure MFP overestimates the exercise so I *try* not to eat all my exercise calories. I do eat some, though, but not all on a normal, "good" day. Lost 1.2 last week.0
