I try to be strong. I try to act like nothing is wrong. I try so hard but I feel like I am not going any were.
I need motivation!
I need someone to believe in me!
When I started I was 150lbs. My goal is to go down to 130 or down to 125!
I am 5'61/2"
I love food! I eat when I am bored. When I am mad or sad.
This heat is making me want to be lazy and not work out! Ugh!

also, i believe in you! i believe if there is a will there is a way. i have similar food issues, and am learnign to overcome them. drink a huge glass of water instead.0 -
Hang in there! The support on MFP has helped me so much! When I have a good day and have logged healthy meals, it feels great to have friends cheer me on! Also, when I log my workout and get those calories burned back, and friends comment on it, it really gives me a boost. But if I've had a bad day, not feeling good, not wanting to move, I still log my food, and I get comments from friends to remember tomorrow's another day, and not to give up, and it really helps. That being said, what you really need is to believe in yourself! You need to learn that yes, you CAN do it! The motivation here helps, but when it comes down to it, it's up to you. Good luck! We all struggle. But when we have a good day, after we've pushed through some bad ones, we realize that it's all worth it, and that yes, WE"RE worth it!! And so are you! Add me if you like!0

You might try finding some good books, if you have a nook or kindle, you can download a new one instantly (many are free)
I know most girls don't like video games, but playing video games keeps me busy.

I think i will start going on walks with my dog. i need to do it. it's just this heat is really making me lazy and i feel like i might pass out if i work out. I use to work out to jillan micheals dvds every day before i started this site! i got to tell you her dvds will kick your butt! but i have to wait till it cools off before i start it again.
I know i can do it but when i have a bad day i feel like i can't do it. so thats why i will be going on this site and talk to people.
dmpizza, I dont have a nook or kindle. but when i go into town in a few weeks i am thinking of getting a few business books. and yes i use to play video games alot. i should try that some times.
