Life changing!!!

Hello!!!! My name is Maria. I am a mother of 2! I have never kept track of my food intake. And I have packed on some unwanted extra(40) pounds. I have been using my fitness pal for the past 2 months and this is the first time I went on my computer to use it. I have never dieted or went out of my way to exercised. But recently i quit smoking and my mom joined the gym and talked me into doing the same. So far I have lost 20 lbs and plan on losing 20 more by October. I love my fitness pal!!!! My down fall is ice-cream though!!! Does anyone know of a comparable solution????
