Greetings everyone, brand new to myfitnesspal. I lost about 20 lbs. about two years ago and now I'm back to where I started. I'm in my 40's so it's just getting harder and harder. I don't eat that bad...at least I didn't think so, but the lbs. tell me otherwise. I exercise regularly and usually very intense. I enjoy running, kickboxing and do some weight training. I hope that by using this application it will make me more accountable to what eat....I hate that I have to start again, but there's no need to worry too much about that but focus on my goal ahead of me. If you are in the same boat as me, I would love to add you as a friend so that we encourage each other. I'm still learning my way around this application. Thanks.
