Pretty simple breakfast but until I ordered it the other morning at a cafe, the idea hadn't occured to me.

1/2 cup dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt 55 calories

1 medium banana cut up 105 calories

1/3 cup millville lowfat granola cereal (got mine from Aldi but any will do) 110 calories

Mix it all up and yum, I can't eat a lot in the morning and this kept me satisfied until my lunch at noon. The whole thing is only 270 calories and 2 grams of fat!

To change it up, alternate fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or whatever you like!

I usually have that for lunch. I put special k almond vanilla cereal on top or smart start. I love it and it does fill you up for awhile..
