Hello, I just started myfitnesspal today as a way to track my daily food. I am currently on a mission to gain "healthy" weight from muscle after losing weight and toning up. I have spent almost 6 months trying to find the right foods and diet to achieve this and I think I finally figured it out this past week. We will see, as I have committed to tracking my diet each day here and using the progress chart to see if this works.

Any support would be much appreciated! I am motivated to workout each morning and 3 evenings on resistance days, but sometimes I need an extra push from others.
