I didn't know what that was so I Googled it. They have nutritional info online and it doesn't sound so bad.

The cups there are HUGE and it is easy to go overboard and fill them. I estimate that the dispensers give you about an ounce per second, so grab the smallest cup and count it out. I count out four seconds and call that enough. It is easy to go overboard and fill the cup but that can quickly add lots of calories. I don't think it really matters which yogurt flavors you get as they are usually somewhere between 25 and 50 calories per ounce. The signs help as they will let you know which flavors are non- and which are low-fat.

Top with the fresh fruit and avoid the candies and cereals. My counts usually fall under 200 calories and are still a great treat!
