Has anyone tried or do you currently take Branch Chained Amino Acids? I am focusing now on leaning up, and building muscle... I have been reading "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" and "Metabolic Effect" and both mention amino acids and the importance of them. I was wondering if a supplement would be a good idea.... thanks in advance.

Yes, I take BCAA. They help in speeding up muscle recovery and building. You will find that you will not be as sore as they help in repairing your muscles have lifting.0
