LOUISIANA HOT SAUCE = ?

I am a huge sucker for adding teaspoons upon teaspoons of Louisiana Hot Sauce to any kind of meat/fish dish that I may make. Whether it's grilled chicken or parmesan encrusted tilapia, it never fails. Is this bad? Of course, it says it does have any calories but it does have a high amount of sodium. I just can't stop, it's addicting!!

The heat is good for you, the sodium not so much. I love Frank's Red Hot and wish I could put it on everything. Currently I use red pepper flakes to give heat to my food. I also steal packets of Taco Bell Fire sauce from the restaurant whenever I go and store them at home. One packet is only 60mg sodium!0
