I was at a birthday party last night and ran into friend I only see a few times a year. I last saw her over the Fourth of July weekend. Our conversation went something like this...
Friend: Wow. You've lost weight.
Me: Yes, a little.
Friend: Like 20 pounds, right?
Me: No, about three.
