    Hello and welcome back! Just started again last week. MFP has helped he lose about 10 lbs last year when I first joined, but then I got too happy and lax with the 10 lbs and stopped. Anyhow, feel free to add me! :)

    I'm new here, so I'm not sure how friending works. However, I just wanted to say that your puppy is adorable!!! I have 2 pups myself. A Morkie named Rylie and a Biewer named Harlie. I'm hoping to incorporate them into my routine with walks and maybe runs some day. Although, with their tiny legs they can't keep up on a run for long. :P

    Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier mix. It is just shorter and easier to squish it together and type "Morkies" LOL It is a play on "Yorkies." :)

    Rylie, the Morkie, is the pup without any white on the right in the pic.
