Hi there, I am having to separate out already incurred medical expenses by diagnosis code for repayment to insurance company. The way they have sent me the payment summary info is a mess and the only way I can tell what is correct or not is by diagnosis code.

Is there anyone on here who has access to diagnosis codes and what the description is? I can't lower my repayment unless I know what is what.
