I had been eating Kashi GoLean because it's got a lot of protein and fiber, but now after looking at the ingredients closer I see that the main ingredients are soy products which I am trying to avoid as much as possible because of the estrogen effects it has.
See this article if you're unfamiliar (http://www.menshealth.com/nutrition/soys-negative-effects)

Anyone have a good cereal recommendation that has a good amount of protein and fiber, without soy?

I love the Fiber One cereals! Yogurt Berry Crunch and Pecan Delight are my favorites! Yum! Lots of fiber to help you feel full.

Depends on how much you consider a good amount of protein. I use shredded wheat which has 6 grams per cup, but I eat greek yogurt after my cereal to get additional protein.
I'm more concerned about the sugar content and additives/preservatives. The more ingredients it has the less healthy it is.

Cool, thanks for the tips, heading over to the store right now, I'll check out the ingredients in the Fiber One and Shredded Wheat cereals.
I guess I'm mostly looking to get the fiber from the cereal since I usually have a protein shake in the morning anyway.

Wheat Chex! I eat Special K Protein Plus, but it has soy in it.
Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, and Corn Chex don't.
