Fiber One, Soy milk & a cut up piece of fruit is good for breakfast. I love eggs, so I nuke them with some sort of veggie & cheese.

My favorite breakfast is Thomas bagels thins (wheat), lite cream cheese, salmon (canned), and tomato on top.

welcome! for breakfast I'm a big cereal fan, and I love the special K red berry cereal with a banana. or kashi go lean cereal (lots of fiber!) mixed with a small tub of light yogurt - crunchy and sweet. :)

I usually have a slim fast optima chocolate shake for breakfast. If I am really hungry I have a piece of fruit too.

Well first I would eat like you would any other day for tomorrow and log everything down. When the day is done, look at what you've eaten and see what you need to work on the most. I try to keep my breakfast light (cereal or toast with pb & cinnamon and of course coffee with light cream) and under 400 calories and under 500mg sodium. Lunch and Dinner are my bigger meals, but I make sure to have fresh produce mixed in. Then, there's the water intake..drink it up through out the day. It helps so much and keeps ya full. Watching your sodium will be a HUGE help too.

Good luck to you on your weight loss!

It you get a sweet tooth, try plain Greek yogurt with a packet of Splenda & a cut up piece of fruit. As far as daily food goes, I have fish & chicken a lot (cooked in olive oil) with seasoning. Toss in a side dish of asparagus, cooked carrots, that sort of thing & you have dinner. I'm sure you can look at our diaries. (Mine the last few days aren’t the greatest because I was carb'n up for a run.) Friend me if you want support!!

I'm up @ 4am off to work by 5:30 so not into breakfast, I do eat about 9 and thats when I usually have a Atkins bar. I am watching carbs more than calories cause calorie counting didn't work for me. Most Atkins bars are delish and get me through to lunch.
