Log on every day, stay within your goal limit and be honest. Watch your portions and stay away from processed and fast foods. Always go for the healthier choice and think before you reach. Welcome and good luck0

What are you goals? Im fairly new to MFP myself but not to fitness .. so i'm adding friends as i go .. but what are your goals and your eating habits and what will be your workout schedule? I say find what works and stick with it0

Set realistic time goals for yourself, but don't be too hard on yourself and give up if you make a mistake.
Also, set up rewards for each major goal you make, but none food related. Like, once as you lose 10 pounds, get your hair done, or something like that. Whatever will get you pumped.
Don't weigh yourself everyday. try to do once a week at the same time. Also, do yourself a favor and skip the week Aunt Flow is in town, you're just going to be bloated and it won't be accurate anyways.0 -
I'm just getting back into this too - I recommend you read the Eat Clean book by Tosca Reno... great advice! Eat clean, exercise, drink lots of water and record everything honestly!0
