i am brand new...first day. it seems like a wonderful website. my problem is having enough time to even keep up with my daily log. but, of course, knowing that it will be sooo important, I'm promising myself to do it!
I am also the one who asked a question a few minutes ago but my daily log saying, in red, that I had -64 protein. How bad is that? It will be difficult for me to cut back on the protein. I am not a fruit eater so much of my diet is protein. Will this slow me down from losing weight? Thank you. Nodan

Welcome to MFP!!! I don't think the protein will hinder to weight loss that much... but I KNOW it will help if you're working out and trying to gain muscle. My friend who's a personal trainer used to eat SO much protein in a day because he was trying to gain muscle.0
