one month and only 2 pounds lost? WTF

Ive been working out hard for at least more then a month. Im surely to have lost atleast 3 pounds. I have done 0 weight training until yesterday. I highly DOUBT ive gained muscle in one day.

I should have taken my measurements. I notice SOOOOOMETHING slimmer, but i guess its not my weight. GRR.. SO unmotivating!! I love my new gym (planet fitness) but since they are a "judgement free zone" there is no scale.

Maybe the scaled was wrong? i used the scale form the local Publix. Im kinda tight on money but id like to buy a digital scale. but im scared they are going to break. anyone know of a good scale (reliable) maybe ill save up and get it.

Before i went to Publix i sneaked into Ballys and pretended i was a member to use the scale but the area where the scale is was closed on sunday :(.

You really need to stick to the same scales for each weigh-in. I gave my parents a set of scales because we got new ones free, and although they weighed things the same then, a few months later they didn't.

Here the non- digital ones are cheaper, but ours kept breaking. Digital have been better.
