Inches lost!

I am on week 3 of this journey and am starting to notice my clothes fitting differently. Today I wore a tank and my arms looked so much smaller! I measured them and I have lost an inch off each arm! Holy crap!! 2 inches just off of my arms! I'm trying to wait for my 1 month check in to do an overall measurement but I am so excited!

Congrats! I measure every week and even though I didn't lose any lbs. this week... I still lost inches! That's what counts! Keep up the good work!0
