I haven't been to the gym since last Wednesday!
Lol so it's been 4-5 days feeling like. However this whole weekend has been a bit hectic for me. Did alot of walking around the mall, shopping centers, etc. LOL! I was wondering if that's considered as okay "exercise?" I mean, I mainly focus on cardio when I'm at the gym! I only go for an hour, and I run (jog) / walk on incline on the treadmill & also do the elliptical. I also lift about 5-10 pound weights for about 10-15 mins. My diary is open for everyone to view for any positive or negative feedback! I'd appreciate it
And I can say I didn't eat all bad this weekend, only thing I had that made me feel a bit guilty was a garden salad from Buckhorn grill with their KRISPY CHICKEN! I didn't have any dressing. And I've been munching on those Special K sour & cream chips (27 chips for 110 cals!!!) they're so good & too good to be true right?!
Anyway, feedback is highly appreciated!! Thanks

Hi. Any activity that's not a part of your normal routine counts as exercise in my book, so if you were walking a lot this weekend regardless of location then I think it counts as some type of activity/exercise. Plus I wore a body bugg grocery shopping once for a big event when I spent two hours at the store walking around a lot, and it said I burned an extra 500 calories more than my normal day. So yeah, walking at the mall is exercise.0

They say that ideally you should have at least 30 mins of exercise a day for weight loss, which can include brisk walking. so meanwhile it might not be the most effective or fat burning, its still activity and is getting you moving. i'm no expert, im still asking for feedback on my own diary. But I would suggest drinking more water, adding more vegetables to your diet, you don't have that many, and making sure you eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going strong. Also, as far as thought chips you say you eat a lot of, I wouldnt make a habit of eating them all the time. I dont know much about the nutritional value of them, but even though they are low cal, losing weight is more than just keeping under calorie goals, its about eating the right foods and getting the right amounts of protein and vitamins and poly and mono fats. If you were to fill those calories snacking on fruits or vegetables or nuts, it would provide better nutritional value and actually enhance fat burning in your body. im not saying i abide perfectly by this, or that my diary does it so well, but this is the information that I have read and try to abide by. even if tyou switched those chips to a multigrain cracker or something.0
