Joint Pain??

I used to be 85lbs heavier, but I'm only 26!! I've been running for nearly a year, but recently my hips and knees have been bothering me. I've never had any issues until now and I'm sure its joint pain and not muscle.
I'm a little nervous to see a chiropractor as I never have, but that was suggested. Any thoughts or advice?!
Thanks in advance!

I don't know your health history, I only know mine. But I take a glucosamine supplement daily and make sure my body gets adequate rest (not as easy as i thought it would be).
Check your form. Have someone video you if possible. There's always a reason for pain.0 -
I take glucosamine chondroitin 3 times a day and omega 3 twice a day. It helps.0

Personally, I'm not a believer in chiropractors, but others feel differently.
I have had four knee surgeries, and regardless of weight, running is out of the question for me because of the pain and early arthritis, but I have started riding a bicycle and it is 100% pain free. You might try that.0
