I dont understand / just a rant

I look at some food diarys and see ice cream, chips, breads
on a daily basis, and there always the first to whine there scale isnt
moving......LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHY ????

    sometimes before I even eat breakfast I log icecream for my 5th meal b/c I want to make sure I have the spare calories for it after everything else. However, last night I had it scheduled but I took it out had had 2 drinks with my friends instead but at least the calories were set aside.

    Isn't it great?

    Some people want to feel like all the have to do is log it in and it's ok.

    But at least they are logging right? =P

    I lost weight eating ice cream, chips and stuff. Calories in vs calories out. Now once you get down to a certain weight, you need to be much more selective of the foods you're eating for your body to burn those last few vanity pounds of fat, but when you're in the overweight grouping, as long as you're eating less calories than your body uses a day, you'll lose weight -- even if those calories come from things like ice cream and chips.
