NSV - asked for my advice!

I work in an office and most of the girls are bigger... But they all know that I work out and am trying to be healthier.
So one of the girls went last week and decided to buy a cross trainer machine to get her butt in action, and conspirationally shared this information with me. I was so proud of her I gave her a big hug
The next day she came in and was walking obviously sorely - you know how your butt and thinghs feel the next day after a good work out. She told me she had spent 15 minutes on the machine, and had enjoyed it but was wondering, should she take a break for a few days until the pain subsided?
I was really taken aback! I'm not a trainer or anything (obviously lol), but to be asked my opinion on how often to work out, what works, what stretches to do etc was an amazing feeling. I was smiling all day feeling like, wow, people really want my advice on how to stick it out? I must be doing something right if I am now a role model?!?
So we now have a pact - I will work out each day for twice as long as she does - until she gets to an hour! I'm so proud of her, and of me!
I can't believe that someone wanted my advice

That's awesome. Way to go to be motivational for her (and you're benefiting too).0
