I've noticed that if I go for more than a couple of days without a good night's sleep, I am hungrier for chips/chocolate/__insert crap food here ___. I'm not sure if my body is just reaching for anything to stay awake, or if I just have fewer inhabitions when I'm exhausted. Either way - I have been trying REALLY hard to get my rear in bed at a decent hour0
