Hey everyone! I thought I should spread the joy of success by sharing my NSV! It may not be that big of a deal, but today I was getting ready for my 40 minute bikeride, and my older and much slimmer sister looked at me and said "you know, I'm pretty sure your arms are way slimmer and more toned than mine! They look really good!" I've always been so self conscious of my arms (silly, I know), but it was so reassuring to hear! Yay for success!
