One day, week, pound, bite at a time

My daughter and I have decided to add one new habit a week to our lives through out the year. Tomorrow starts week 3. We have added daily citrus, berries, and this week a 3rd fruit of our choice. I am looking forward to this journey. Love this site! My goal is to lose 1 pound a week. 46 pounds to lose.
