An NSV from Friday night!

Had a birthday party to attend and wasn't feeling any of my wardrobe. I suddenly remembered that when I started my new job I boxed up a bunch of clothes that had became too small in case they ever fit again. I asked my boyfriend to get the box down for me (heavy and high up.. thank goodness for tall boyfriends!) .. and BOTH PAIRS OF JEANS that were in the "rubbermaid of shame" fit! Well! I felt so confident and beautiful all night, and managed to use a bit more discretion than I expected of myself in my food and drinks. Every little while I'd remember that I was wearing jeans that haven't fit in at least a year!

So awesome! I have clothes of all sizes that I have been holding onto. Some I've already been able to wear and some I'm really anxious about getting the opportunity to wear. I'm holding out on buying anything new until I am at least halfway to my goal.

Oh man ... I am dreading buying any new clothes until I reach goal.. I'll probably be able to eek it out with minimal purchases due to my wide range of sizes over the last few years until I get within that last 20 pounds. Then, it's ON.. I am throwing away everything in the closet and starting over!! New clothes for the new and forever! me.
