Hello every one,
I am a new member of this wonderful community. I started workout on 15th july 2011 with 191 lb and lost 9 lb in just 15 days thats by 30th july. After that though I increased my exercise time and intensity and stick to 1200 calories intake but not able to lost a single lb till now.So I was worried and searching online when got my answer from here.Its a great forum indeed. I am glad to join. Hope to achive my target with your help
