Pee? Kind of a TMI post.

So, one thing I've noticed in the past couple of weeks since getting back on track with eating healthy and exercising is I pee more! Now, I've always been a big water drinker, so there's nothing new there. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

    It's because you're more hydrated. It's the best indicator of whether you're drinking enough.

    thats normal. lol My boss always looks at me funny when I hit the restroom every hour. Drinking more water or green tea helps boost ur metabolism and helps flush everything out. Consider that a good thing!

    TMI, but you have no idea how much I pee... Its one of my habits (good habits) that I always have a drink w/ me.... and 80% of the time its water.

    Wow, I wish I only went once an hour. I haven't really had to up my water intake much, but it seems like every night I'm constantly running back and forth. I know how you feel!
