Exercise and Eating... who'd like to join me?

Hey everyone,

I like the "pal" part of this site; what a neat idea! I'd love to see updates of how my new friends did with their fitness goals instead of facebook updates about random nonsense, haha.

I joined a gym two weeks ago, entering my third week tomorrow. I'm going a minimum of three days a week, but I like going four or five times. I feel great when I work out! Right after a workout I feel so sexy, strong, and slim. I can take over the world! haha.

I also want to keep track of what I eat; sometimes I do real well and sometimes not so much. My boyfriend likes to take us out to eat, so that's added a few pounds to my waist and hips! I'm doing more cooking at home now and will take him shopping this week so there'll be food at his house too.

Other random details about me are that I have a lab that I like taking to the dog park or biking with, my boyfriend and I are dreaming of a wedding this coming March, and this year my sister was diagnosed with a heart condition, my mom had breast cancer, and my Grandma has lung cancer. Three reasons to get fit - Bagheera needs his exercise, I'd love to look more fit in March, and most of all I REALLY want to be healthy!!
