Hi all~ I'm Mery.
Wasn't sure I want to do an introduction but I need some tips and advice from more experienced members :)
I've been on 1200 diet since 16th of July. So far I lost 4 kg, or 8lbs approx.
I've also taken intense swimming for around 60-90 min ever day or 6 days/week.

Here how it's been so far:
Age: 28
Height: 5'10''/177 cm
Starting weight: 163lbs/74kg
Current weight: 155.4lbs/70.5kg
Goal weight: 136lbs/62kg

With MFP it's been very easy to track my calorie intake.
Last week I'm bit worried though, even though I track my calories, I'm not losing weight so fast as first 3 weeks.
I don't know if it's because I've taken up swimming so I've been getting muscles or I've hit the plateau.
Some insight would be appreciated please.

you will slow down with your weight ,its just your body adjusting to your weight loss ,it will start to move again ,are you eating more than your 1200 cals though because you need to eat back your calories burned also?

    Oh that's good news ^_^
Yes. I've been calculating both negative calories from exercise and positive from food. I make sure it's around 1200. Sometimes I go above, sometimes below though (^_^;)
