    Great topic! My goal is to stick to a vegan diet and get up a half hour early each day.

    Four days of running (instead of my usual three), one day of core strength, burn 4000 cals. :bigsmile:

    1) Wake up early to exercise before work on non-running days. Next month I am going back to school and will be taking three classes and working full time, so I will be getting up earlier more often then and I need to get used to this.

    2) Exercise 5-6 days and run three of those days.

    3) Lose 1 pound

    4) Get 8-12 glasses of water in per day.

    5) Stick to calorie goals for each day and also eat most or all of the calories that I burn.

    to burn 2000+ calories this week (hopefully between 4-5 days) and to eat CLEANly

    Same as every week. To eat right, exercise daily and not kill any co-workers.

    my goal is to drink 8 glasses of water a day and start working out again, for some reason I stopped.

    Ride 4 days
    Drink more water
    get more than 4 hours of sleep a night
