Great topic! My goal is to stick to a vegan diet and get up a half hour early each day.0

Four days of running (instead of my usual three), one day of core strength, burn 4000 cals. :bigsmile:0

1) Wake up early to exercise before work on non-running days. Next month I am going back to school and will be taking three classes and working full time, so I will be getting up earlier more often then and I need to get used to this.
2) Exercise 5-6 days and run three of those days.
3) Lose 1 pound
4) Get 8-12 glasses of water in per day.
5) Stick to calorie goals for each day and also eat most or all of the calories that I burn.0 -
to burn 2000+ calories this week (hopefully between 4-5 days) and to eat CLEANly0
